Would it go further if you shot it agian while the air bubble was still in the area?

So we see the bullet has less travel when shot under water, would it have the same effect if shot from outside the water so it has more chance to get its full spin and no slow down on it before exiting the barrel.

I don't think the bubble regrows because of the pressure of the outside or inside of the bubble,It cause because the bullet weave makes a 0 place under the water by pushing the water surface and when all water comes to fill the 0 place they come with a great force and hit in a spot and create an energy surface and Bigbang they are forced back because every single atom has a area when they started to Repulsion one another and thats why they make another little little 0 spot.
