Andy takes a closer look at one of his favourite demos from the 2012 Christmas Lectures, bringing together a levitating superconductor and a bewildering Möbius strip made from over 2,000 magnets.

As his super-conducting boat whizzes along the track, Andy demonstrates the remarkable properties of the superconducting material (Yttrium barium copper oxide) which allows it to seemingly float both above and below the track.

Bergeraknya gelombang ke satu arah memungkinkan adanya kesetimpalan medan listrik mungkin kedepan akan menjadi sumber energi baru jika jalan menggunakan levitation, semua politik kendaraan akan berubah dan bahkan setiap pengendara yang melewati akan dibayar karena mengasilkan energi subhanallahu apakah mungkin…

  2. At 3:21, the diagram shows the eddy currents producing a magnetic field with the North Pole facing up. But if it's the South end of the magnet descending, there should be a South pole generated to resist the motion.
