200g Caster Sugar
5tbsp Golden Syrup
2tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
(Optional Chocolate – you’ll need around 200g or so)

Awesome video, didn't know it was that easy to make!
Mine didn't rise therefore it's severely lacking in air pockets, making it a slab of dense sugar! Any ideas why?
This is the best way to make honeycomb ever! I tried it and love it!
